#realtalk I have been exposed to some really negative body image beliefs along the way, and it's super important to me that my #ketolife is in CELEBRATION of my body at every stage. I've wasted so many years wishing I was skinnier or focusing on my imperfections and guess what? Even if I'm perfect on my #lchf macros for a decade, I'll never be good enough if I can't love myself unconditionally now. #keto is a lifestyle and a way to keep my warped endocrine system functioning, and not for aesthetics. I am never going to have a "transformation" picture because I need to love this belly, these thighs, these cheeks, these curves, just as they are today. Today is good enough for today. And I'm going to be grateful for the bacon in my belly and the #bodypositivity in my heart.
